Gestalt Psychotherapy more than a therapeutic approach may look with a form of existence, to see the world and be in it.

This seminar is designed to learn about Gestalt, not just from theory but from the experience. And through this training, see how I can be a little better "Here and Now."

This experiential workshop consists of ten (10) meetings, through which the gaze Gestalt review, issues of the day to day, everyday. The first work from the experience and then from the theory, so that we can integrate them.

We walk through the following practical issues:
* Who am I today? My current photo.
* The real and what I imagine. Any difference between the two? Exploring my fantasies catastrophic.
* My relationship with me and with others. How I am in contact? How can I be?
* My needs. Other's needs. Friends or Foes?
* What I'm neurotic?
* My "ought." That I swallowed without chewing.
* How to manipulate? What do I do?
* What I look in the other. The other as my projection screen.
* Me and my other me ... My polarities.
* Exploring my negative emotions.

theoretical issues:
* History of Gestalt. Theoretical foundations.
* Agency. Holism. Self-regulation and homeostasis.
* Phenomenology. Difference between the obvious and pretend.
* Contact. Limit contact.
* Cycle experience.
* Mechanisms of disruption.
* Layers of neurosis. * Technical
suppressive, expressive and integration.
* The polarities and integration. * The realization
: awareness.
